Today, some ideas occurred to me on working with BBB.
1. Churn out small tutorials. Video or text or both.
This could prove an effective way to remain at a certain skill level with the basic stuff; modeling, texturing, lighting, game design etc. Making tutorials that are really short in length and explain something extremely simple. These tuts might be helpful for some beginners too.
2. Make a Trello board to use as a Kanban board for managing tasks.
3. Make big buttons and legible, high contrast type to guide the player in the menu & marketing material.
4. Make websites work for mobile first. Jquery menus for small screens to contain larger information. Do not exceed display edges.
5. Test material A LOT with potential users. Give them tasks to perform in the preferred amount of time.
6. Keep working hours. List them together with the tasks performed to create documentation.
